You must notify the Office of your intention to use this service at least 3 business days before the date you plan to conduct your business. The Office will provide service to the person with a disability on the date they specify, and if that is not possible, it will schedule another available date.
The use of an interpreter at the Office is free of charge only for eligible individuals who are persons with disabilities as defined by the Act of August 27, 1997, on Vocational and Social Rehabilitation and the Employment of Persons with Disabilities (Consolidated Text, Journal of Laws 2025, item 913).
