GDPR Statistical Office in Lublin
In order to comply with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR"), the Director of the Statistical Office in Lublin hereby informs you about the principles and your rights related to the processing of your personal data.
- Indication of the Controller: The Controller of your personal data is the Director of the Statistical Office in Lublin, based in Lublin (20-068 Lublin), at ul. Stanisława Leszczyńskiego 48 – hereinafter referred to as the "Controller."
- Purposes and legal basis for processing your personal data: Your personal data will be processed pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 point (a) of the GDPR. e) GDPR as necessary to perform a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller; Your personal data will be used to perform tasks arising from the Act of 29 June 1995 on Public Statistics (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1068, as amended).
- Obligation to provide personal data: The processing of your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling a submitted order for statistical data, responding to a submitted inquiry, and providing other information services, including newsletter subscription, is voluntary.
- Information about the recipients of your personal data: Your personal data will not be transferred to other recipients.
- Personal Data Processing Periods: Your personal data will be stored for as long as legal grounds for processing exist from the date of your inquiry, order, request, or other information services, including newsletter subscription, or until you withdraw or restrict your consent to data processing.
- Profiling and Automated Decision-Making: The data you provide will not be profiled and will not be the basis for automated decision-making.
- Rights of the Data Subject: the right to access personal data, including the right to obtain a copy of such data; the right to request rectification (correction) of personal data – if the data is inaccurate or incomplete; the right to request deletion of personal data; the right to request restriction of personal data processing; the right to data portability; the right to object to personal data processing, including profiling; the right to withdraw consent to personal data processing; the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
- Transfer of personal data to entities outside the European Economic Area ("EEA") or international organisations: Your personal data will not be made available to entities based outside the EEA or to international organisations.
