Announcement of the President of Statistics Poland of 25 May 2023

on the price of a square metre of usable floor space of a residential building for the first quarter of 2023

On the basis of Article 3b paragraph 4 of the Act of 30 November 1995 on the State aid in the repayment of some housing credits, granting guarantee premiums and refundations of the paid guarantee premiums to the banks (Journal of Laws 2022 item 1202 and 1561) it is announced that the price of a square metre of usable floor space of a residential building for the first quarter of 2023 amounted to PLN 5668.
