Price indices of construction and assembly production in April 2026 | GUS - Portal Informacyjny

According to preliminary data, in April 2026 the prices of construction and assembly production increased both compared to April 2025 (by 5.6%), as well as to March 2026 (by 1.2%).

In April 2026, compared to the previous month, prices increased for specialized construction activities (by 1.6%) and civil engineering structures (by 1.2%) as well as prices for construction of buildings (by 0.9%).

Compared to April 2025, there was an increase in prices for specialized construction activities (by 6.5%), and construction of civil engineering (by 5.2%) as well as construction of buildings (by 5.1%).
